<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human body tissue culture apparatus which can massively produce a binding raw material comprising a cell-adhering substrate in a desired quality, and to provide an artificial human body tissue. <P>SOLUTION: This human body tissue culture apparatus 1 comprises a plurality of culture medium tanks 3 for storing culture media in the bottom portions, chuck apparatuses 5 for holding a plurality of substrates 4 in a state immersed in culture media 2 in the culture medium tanks 3, a closed culture portion 6 for receiving the culture media 2, the culture medium tanks 3, the substrates 4 and the chuck apparatuses 5, and driving means 7 for imparting tensions to the substrates 4 from the outside of the closed culture portion 6.
