PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a suspension fixture with a ballast that takes into consideration fixing and fall prevention. SOLUTION: A mounting fitting 3 is installed on a suspension fixture with ballast 2, and a square hole 6 is provided on the side face of the mounting box 5 so as to be inserted with the mounting fitting 3, and a slit 7 which continues from the square hole 6 to the neighboring face is provided. By inserting the mounting fitting 3 into the square hole 6 and rotating the suspension fixture with ballast 2, the mounting fitting 3 is guided to the slit 7 and stops at the designated position, and enabled to be fixed by a tightening screw 13.
