PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and accurately evaluating the dispersed state of an inorganic filler in a synthetic resin. SOLUTION: This method for evaluating the dispersed state of an inorganic filler is characterized in that a synthetic resin composition including the inorganic filler is cut out into the shape of a flake not thinner than 0.1μm and not thicker than 50μm, then, the flake is combusted or thermally decomposed, its surface image is acquired by using a shape analyzer, and the dispersed state of the inorganic filler is evaluated from the image.
