PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve external appearance by avoiding internal driving gears from being seen through a gap between a panel and a casing. SOLUTION: A driving device for opening/closing a panel 10 by transmitting a driving force from an electric motor 16 to the panel 10 through a gear train 28, comprises a chassis 11, a casing 12 for covering the chassis 11, and a panel 10 opening/closing with rotating center shafts 14A, 14B supported by the chassis 11. A driving gear 27 of the last step of the rear train 28 and the panel 10 are connected by an engaging pin 31 to transmit the driving force of the driving gear 27 to the panel 10 through the engaging pin 31 to open/close the panel 10.
