ELECTRO-ACOUSTIC TRANSDUCER WITH VIBRATION FUNCTION, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND WELDING METHOD USED IN THE MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the joint strength of a vibrating part in an electro-mechanical-acoustic transducer which is mainly used for a ringer tone or calling vibration of a mobile phone or the like and is vibrated or emits sounds by an electric signal.

SOLUTION: An enclosure of the electro-mechanical-acoustic transducer is constituted of a first enclosure 12a to which the outer periphery of a diaphragm 11 is connected and a second enclosure 12b which is connected to the other end of a suspension 19 by laser welding and is made of a thin metallic plate connected to the first enclosure 12a, and the suspension and the second enclosure 12b made of the thin metallic plate are joined by welding by laser radiation, so that the transducer is very superior in productivity and allows junction of stable quality.
