PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of effectively reducing irregular winding of a tape T in winding the tape T around a tape reel 30. SOLUTION: This decorative winding device 100 for magnetic tape T is configured to have a decorative winding tissue 10 for regularizing the winding style of the tape T. In the decorative winding device 100 for the magnetic tape, the tissue 10 is arranged in parallel to the inclination of an inside surface 33a of a flange 33 on the side of the magnetic tape T and takes up the tape T while pressing the side of the tape toward the inside surface 33a of the flange 33 by means of the tissue 10.
