PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economic boring tool which reliably ensures not only the accuracy of individual bored surfaces, but also the accuracy between the bored surfaces, by a plurality of boring tools, even when boring is performed while changing the plurality of boring tools in a machine tool such as a machining center. SOLUTION: A cutting blade 3 is provided on an outer circumference of a tool body rotated around the axis, and a pad 6 having a guide surface 5 is provided on an outer circumference of the tool body opposite to the cutting blade 3 with respect to the axis. The position of the guide surface 5 of the pad 6 with respect to the cutting blade rotational locus is adjusted by an adjusting means in an advancing manner or in a retractable manner between the inner circumferential side and the outer circumferential side of the tool.
