PURPOSE: An oil extractor for fried food is provided to quickly extract oil from the fried food, and to prevent the damage of the fried food by rotating an oil extracting drum without eccentricity. CONSTITUTION: A body(10) has an arc-shaped placing unit(12). A driving shaft(14) of a motor protrudes vertically on the center of the placing unit, and has a groove. A support bar(22) is vertically formed at the lower center of an oil collecting container(20), and is rotatably fit into the driving shaft. A pair of protrusions are formed at the upper circumference of the oil collecting container. A rotary coupling unit(30) is rotatably fit into the support bar, is coupled to the groove of the driving shaft, and rotates around the support bar. An oil extracting drum(40) is coupled to the lower part of the rotary coupling unit. A reinforcing frame is coupled to the upper part of the oil extracting drum. A cover(50) has a pair of guide protrusions coupled to the protrusions of the oil collecting container.
