PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pantograph device that suppresses vibrations and generation of wind-howling sounds while appropriately keeping a contact pressure of a slider with an aerial line, even if the pantograph device is used for a high-speed railroad car. SOLUTION: A lower end portion of a main frame 21 with a collector shoe 9 provided at an upper end portion is joined to the slider 19 horizontally moving over a supporting plate by a first lateral axis 20 in such a manner as freely oscillating and being displaced. A lower end portion of a subframe 23 joined to a middle part of the main frame 21 by a second lateral axis 22 in such a manner as freely oscillating and being displaced is joined to the supporting plate by a third lateral axis 28 in such a manner as freely oscillating and being displaced. The collector shoe 9 is constituted so that it may almost vertically go up and down by appropriately controlling mounting positions of the first, the second and the third lateral axes 20, 22 and 28 respectively. Vibrations are suppressed by making support rigidity of the main frame 21 higher, and generation of the wind-howling sounds is inhibited by simplifying a part exposed from a windbreak cover.
