PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction roll device capable of controlling the film thickness with high precision, without causing the nonuniformity of tension on a transferring film. SOLUTION: By a shielding member 35, the structure of this suction roll device is classified into a suction acting area A and a suction non-acting area B in which a suction action is not performed as viewed in a roll rotating direction.
