FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: proposed railway tank car is essentially welded metal reservoir arranged horizontally on two semi-frames resting on bogies with wheelsets. Said metal reservoir consists of two detachable parts forming semi-tanks 1 in form of truncated cone cover 2. Covers 2 are made flat and provided with fluoroplastic gaskets for closing nearest end faces which have larger diameter. With parts connected, common tank with partition in middle is formed. Each part of tank is coated with layer of fluoroplastic 3 from inside and is covered with fluoroplastic film 4. EFFECT: reduced time taken for unloading, and cut down expenses. 1 dwg |
