<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible the reading or the like of contents viewed in broadcasting or associated contents anywhere. <P>SOLUTION: A viewer views television broadcasting on a television receiver 600 and when clipping contents, a "mark" button 611 of a remote controller 610 is operated. A clipping request containing a program identifier and a user identifier is sent to a clipping server 200 via a line network 80, and the program identifier is registered under the user identifier in a user information database 230. When reading the registered contents, an "information" button of a mobile terminal 300 or the like is operated to send an information read request to the clipping server 200. The clipping server 200 refers to program contents registered with the corresponding user identifier, generates a menu and returns it to the mobile terminal 300 or the like.
