PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice crusher capable of being used in safety by preventing a pair of grip members from being separated from each other even when the excess ice crushing load is applied thereto. SOLUTION: An ice accommodating part 1a for accommodating blocks of ice is mounted on one of the pair of grip members 1, 2 pivoted on their tip parts to be opened and closed at the tip parts, the other grip member 2 is provided with an ice crushing blade part 2b for crushing the blocks of ice H in the ice accommodating part, and the tip parts of the pair of grip members are pivoted and connected by a pivoting mechanism 3.
