PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear rolling bearing, wherein a free end of a holder band is guided without a problem and contact of the adjacent free ends of the holder does not hinder smooth circulation of the holder band. SOLUTION: A guide carriage 1 supported for rolling by a guide rail 2 is provided, and the guide carriage 1 is provided with at least one endless rolling body raceway 3. Rolling bodies 5 are housed in a pocket 8 of the holder band 9 having at least two free ends 13 and 14. The holder band 9 has holder connecting materials 11 arranged in both sides of the rolling body train to connect a separator 10. The free ends 13 and 14 of the holder band 9 adjacent to each other are provided with movable leg parts 15, 16, 22, 23, 27 and 31 arranged, crossing the holder band 9. The leg parts 15, 16, 22, 23, 27 and 31 have corresponding contact surfaces 17, 18, 24, 25 and 28 on each opposite side. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
