PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt for a winding device capable of assuring the formation of a highly qualitatively valuable wrap wound body by improving the belt for the winding device for forming the wrap wound body to avoid the formation of the wrap wound body having nonuniformly cut-out ungraceful side edges. SOLUTION: This belt for the winding device 1 for manufacturing the wrap wound body 3 of such a type that, in the wound device 1, a wrap 4 is wound, particularly, by a tube-winding part-like core 10 driven by a circulating endless belt 5.
