PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment plate to be used on the upper side or underside of the blade of a power-driven grass cutter to prevent blade rotation from sharply going down and ensure efficient operation even when the cutter small in output is used. SOLUTION: The attachment plate has such a construction that an attaching hole 3 for the grass cutter is provided at the center of a disc plate 2 smaller in outer diameter than the blade 5 for the grass cutter and the proximity of the outer circumferential part of the disc plate 2 is provided with a ring 4 for increasing the weight of the proximity of the outer circumferential part.
