PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an activated hemocoagulation factor X inhibitor containing a benzamidine derivative or its pharmacologically acceptable salt useful as a therapeutic or a prophylactic agent for hemocoagulation diseases. SOLUTION: This activated hemocoagulation factor X inhibitor contains the benzamidine derivative having the formula (R1is H, a halogen, an alkyl or OH; R2is H or a halogen; R3is H, an alkyl which may be substituted, an aralkyl, an alkylcarbonyl which may be substituted, an alkylsulfonyl which may be substituted, or the like; R4and R5are each H, a halogen, an alkyl which may be substituted, carbamoyl, or the like; R6is a heterocyclic ring, or the like; R7and R8are each H, an alkyl, or the like; and (n) is 0, 1 or 2).
