PURPOSE: A vehicle vacuum pump is provided to reduce the power consumption of a vacuum pump when driving an engine for improving the fuel ratio and reducing the exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle vacuum pump includes a trace ring(80) mounted in a slide groove of an inner diameter surface of a housing(10) movably, and a connection link(94) inserted into the housing to push the trace ring for changing eccentricity. An end of the connection link is fixed to a diaphragm(96) in a case(82). The diaphragm is supported by a spring from the bottom. A connection line(84) connects an air suction hole of the housing to the bottom surface of the case. The eccentricity of the trace ring is increased according to the magnitude of vacuum pressure generated by a vacuum pump if necessary.
