FIELD: instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to instrumentation equipment designed for contactless measurement and uninterrupted control over parameters of vibrations of turbine and compressor blades. Method establishing parameters of vibrations of blades of turbomachines consists in installation of two vibration sensors on frame of turbomachine, in recording of moments of blade passing by these sensors and in measurement of drift velocities of motion of blades. In this case various time intervals between moments of passage by blades by one or another sensor are computed, then corresponding average drift velocities of motion of blades, motion of each blade are calculated, static aggregation of motions is amassed, groups of variations in pitch of blades are formed. Span of deviation of blades from required position is determined per each pair of adjacent blades and amplitude of vibration motion of each blade is found on this basis. EFFECT: reduced time needed to obtain required number of readings per each blade with specified precision and reliability in establishment of parameters of vibration of blade, increased informativity of process of measurement of parameters of motion of blades. 2 cl, 2 dwg |
