发明名称 LIGHT GUIDE AND METHOD FOR USING IT
摘要 FIELD: laser working, namely laser welding and cutting, possibly in machine engineering for welding or cutting non-rotary butts of pipelines at performing repairing operations, at building factory or main pipelines. SUBSTANCE: light guide includes five rotary mirrors, housing, rolling bearing assemblies, band hoop, gasodynamic nozzle in cavity of which gas supply tube is mounted, C-clamp and conveying device. Kinematic pairs are spherical ones. First and second links of light guide are in the form of S-shaped tubes; third link is in the form of -shaped tube with gasodynamic nozzle. Rotary mirrors are mounted with possibility of their aligning by means of screws. First S-shaped tube at one side with use of rolling bearing assembly is mounted in casing secured to outer surface of tube section by means of band hoop and at other side it is mounted with possibility of rotation in rolling bearing assembly and joined with second S- shaped tube. The last is mounted by its other end with possibility of rotation in rolling bearing assembly and it is joined with -shaped tube having gasodynamic nozzle. Said nozzle at one side is secured to -shaped tube and at other side it is secured to C-clamp. C-clamp is mounted on conveying device. Sum of three length values of light guide satisfies to relation 0.25L is less than S which is less than 100L, where L - length of outer circle of annular butt of pipeline, m; S - sum of three length values, m. Aligning of rotary mirrors is performed; inner cavity of light guide is filled with nitrogen under excess pressure in range 1.102Pa-1.108Pa. Ten minutes before starting laser, cooling of mirrors is realized; links of light guide are coiled onto pipeline until light touching of links and surface of pipeline. Then simultaneously with laser starting, turning ON conveying device for rotating light guide in direction opposite relative o that of previous coiling. Simultaneously at starting laser, technological gas is supplied from gasodynamic nozzle. EFFECT: enhanced mobility of equipment, lowered costs for mounting, fastening and aligning of light guide, improved quality of welding and cutting. 9 cl, 2 dwg
