A multi-purpose lightweight construction hall has rollers at the bottom of the wall, and moves with respect to a separate fixed base (1). The motion is powered by electric motors drawing their power from solar-powered batteries. The hall moves progressively to maximise presentation of photovoltaic solar cells to the sub.
