PURPOSE: A shake and slush machine for both cooling and heating is provided to easily convert a slush machine for cooling only into a slush machine for both cooling and heating by simply installing a heater easily detachable. CONSTITUTION: A freezing cycle device(2) is installed inside a main body case(1), including a compressor, a condenser, and an evaporator. A raw material container(3) is installed at an upper part of the main body case. A transfer screw(4) is installed inside the raw material container to mix and transfer raw materials. A driving unit(6) drives the transfer screw. An extracting unit(7) is installed in front of the raw material container for discharging the filled contents to the outside. A coupling hole(30) is perforated on a top side of the raw material container to couple a heater(8) having a temperature sensor(80) with the coupling hole so that heat generated from the heater by the inversely rotating screw naturally moves to the other side when the filled contents are not discharged.
