PURPOSE: A structure for fixing the outer cover of a rear seat back of a vehicle is provided to prevent the degradation of durability due to the departure of a connecting member from a truck mat floor when a seat back is folded forward and to avoid the degradation of the commercial value due to the formation of the folds on the outer cover. CONSTITUTION: A U-shaped bracket(11) extending toward the rear portion of a vehicle is fixed on the floor behind a trunk mat floor(5). A cover member made of PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride) is fixed on the upper portion of the bracket. The cover member is bent to prevent the upper and lower portions from overlapping with each other. The upper portion of the bracket is fitted between the upper and lower portions of the cover member. An outer cover(4) firstly fixed on the trunk mat floor via a first connecting member(6) is fixed on the cover member via a second connecting member(8). The cover member is covered with a trunk board. Since the end portion of the outer cover is fixed on the cover member via the second connecting member, the force applied to the first connecting member is distributed.
