PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing a mail linked with a business management system are provided to use mail information, the business information, and community information through one certification by linking a mail server, a business server, and a community server with each other. CONSTITUTION: A mail information database(520) stores the mail information. A service information database(530) stores the group information provided to a user, the in-order information inputted from the user, and the out-order information provided to the user. A mail information managing module(550) classifies/stores the mail received or transmitted from the outside into each group by a preset condition, and transmits the mail to a receiver by selecting the receiver from an organization chart made by a manager. A service information managing module(560) makes/displays the daily, weekly, or monthly schedule information on a screen, makes the user input the in-order information and download the out-order information, and provides the group information provided to all registered users by linking with other system.
