PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for dropping a condensing temperature of a freezing system are provided to reduce condensing heat by absorbing latent heat with an expanded refrigerant when refrigerant gas is liquefied by heat exchange. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of condensers(10,20,30) liquefy a flowing refrigerant by exchanging heat with surrounding air. A first condensing temperature dropping element includes an expanding element(50) and a cooling chamber(40). The expanding element is connected with an exit of the first condenser for expanding a part of the liquefied refrigerant branched from the condenser under a predetermined pressure. The cooling chamber is formed so that the liquefied refrigerant of a low pressure and a gas refrigerant of a high pressure exchange heat with each other, passing through the cooling chamber. A condensing temperature dropping element(60) is installed in the middle of a passage of the third condenser, and is formed of a plurality of small tubes(61) through which the refrigerants pass at the same time. The sum of cross-sectional areas of the small tubes is not smaller than a cross-sectional area of a condenser tube.
