The device includes two longitudinal arms (2) connected by a cross-piece (3) and an anti-cant bar (4). Reinforcement (5) is placed between an end of the anti-cant bar and one longitudinal arm. The longitudinal arm is welded at the ends of the reinforcement and the anti-cant bars are welded at the center of the reinforcement. An Independent claim is also included for a process of obtaining a flexible reinforcement.
