PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile position measuring arrangement for grasping a deviation of a pile position on a real time while working with a simple constitution, and to provide a method of measuring the pile position. SOLUTION: The pile position measuring arrangement 1 is composed of two displacement measuring devices 2, a controlling device 3, and an output device 4. The displacement measuring device 2 is to measure a distance to a prescribed point, and a measured result is transmitted to the controlling device 3 by a fixed-line or a wireless LAN etc. The controlling device 3 is stored with a operational expressions for calculating a center of the pile C, for calculating a deviation of positional coordinatesΔL between a planning center O where the pile is expected to be constructed, and the center of the pile C which is under construction, and for determining whether the deviationΔL is allowable or not. The pile position measuring arrangement 1 is arranged such that a first displacement measuring device, and a second displacement measuring device are arranged apart from planned positions of the piles.
