PURPOSE: A disk brake of a vehicle is provided to always generate safe braking force regardless of the traveling state when a driver rapidly stops the vehicle by varying the mounted positions of pad mounting assemblies according to the traveling state of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A disk brake of a vehicle comprises brake disks(1) rotating together with wheel shafts(S) while combining with wheel hubs(3) at the ends of the wheel shafts passing through knuckles(4), and pad mounting assemblies(2) receiving the operating force of an operating mechanism and producing braking force by friction force while being compressed on the brake disks. The disk brake of the vehicle comprises disk plate members(11) disposed between the knuckles and the brake disks and penetrated by the wheel shafts, and plate-rotating units(20) each varying the mounted positions of the pad mounting assemblies mounted to a front wheel and a rear wheel while controlling the rotation angles of the disk plate members according to the traveling state of the vehicle. The disk plate member is screwed and assembled to the pad mounting assembly.
