The aerostatic flying device (I) comprises a balloon-like hollow component filled with several gas bags which form the outer skin (4) and especially constructed as a supporting gas envelope (1). A support framework connects the supporting gas envelopes to a walkable platform (2) and encompasses all the gas envelopes protecting them against damage. The flying device is remotely controlled from a station such as a lorry (3) on the ground or can be manoeuvred in air space from the flying device itself.
