<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marketing data collecting system for a restaurant capable of helping to find how dishes included in a set menu or a course menu are perceived by customers, in other words, which dishes taste delicious and which ones taste not delicious to the customers. <P>SOLUTION: The marketing data collecting system includes a judgement analysis part 14 for obtaining how long a customer has taken to eat and drink, whether the customer has left something uneaten (or not drunk) or not, or amount of leftover food (drink) about each dish included in the set menu or the course menu, a database recording part 20 for recording the following data about each dish and each customer to a database based on information from the judgement analysis part 14; how long the customer has taken to eat and drink, whether the customer has left something uneaten (or not drunk) or not, or amount of leftover food (drink). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
