The mounting frame has an open length groove (7) on the side facing the grooved side of the glass element frame and these two grooves combine to form a channel into which a locking bar (8, 8) can be inserted via a side hole (9) in the mounting frame. The combination of the channel and locking bar forms a tongue and groove joint for fixing the glass element inside the mounting frame.
