PURPOSE: A backlight unit of a liquid crystal display is provided to minimize a contact area between a mode frame and a lamp reflection body by mounting at least one or more support members, thereby assembling and disassembling the lamp reflection body easily. CONSTITUTION: A lamp assembling body is inserted into an inserting portion of a mold frame(100). One or more support members(104) supports a lamp reflection body(102) formed on a side of the mold frame(100) and the lamp assembling body and simultaneously is mounted along the inside surface of the mold frame(100) for minimizing the contact area. The support member(104) is formed by extending and protruding to the mold frame(100). The distance between the mold frame(100) and the lamp reflection body(102) is maintained constantly so that the light source emitting to a fluorescent lamp may be provided to a light guide plate. |
