<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna structure on a portable reader for securely reading data on an RFID (radio frequency identification) tag by arranging an antenna face without angles to a data surface of the RFID tag, for making data read operation easier by visualizing the RFID tag to an operator when reading the data, and for allowing the operator to recognize the read data displayed on the body of the reader without obstruction by the antenna after reading the data. <P>SOLUTION: The antenna structure includes a means of positioning the antenna at a place where the antenna receives a radio wave so that the operator can recognize the RFID-tag data on the body while reading the RFID-tag data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
