PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transceiver module which can realize optical coupling of a light emitting element, light receiving element and optical fiber only by the adjustment using a single condenser lens and can be easily miniaturized.

SOLUTION: A first optical film 103e reflects the transmission light made incident from the direction of a side face 103aa of a prism element 103 toward a tip face 1031 and transmits the reception light made incident from the direction of the tip face of the prism element. A second optical film 103f reflects the reception light transmitted through the first optical film toward the side face of the prism element. A heat dissipation substrate 102 is mounted with the light emitting element 104 and the light receiving element 105 and is fixed onto a main substrate 101 so as to be paralleled to the prism element.
