PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel structure capable of arranging a movable plate for realizing a low dynamic spring at a high frequency area as compared with a tuning frequency of an orifice passage with a sufficiently large area in a fluid-sealed type vibration controller in which a pressure receiving chamber and a balancing chamber are formed at both sides clamping a partition member and are communicated with each other by the orifice passage in an annular outer member disposed at an outer peripheral side of an inner shaft member. SOLUTION: The partition member 64 for partitioning the pressure receiving chamber 66 and the balancing chamber 68 and slightly displaceably retaining the movable plate 92 is axially inclinedly disposed between the receiving pressure chamber 66 and the balancing chamber 68 formed in the annular outer member 14 disposed at the outer peripheral side of the inner shaft member 12.
