PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely perform recording, reproduction of information by a photographic sound collection device, recording and reproduction of common sensation detection information of a recorder even by an individual in an experience recording information processing communication system. SOLUTION: Image pickup and sound collection to be recorded by photographic sound collection devices 10a to 10c are recorded and common sensation detection information (recording environment information including acceleration and recorder information including heart rate) of a recorder during this recording is recorded by common sensation detectors 9a to 9c. Recorded information is reproduced by communication/reproduction systems 2a to 2c. When a browser appreciates the recorded information to be reproduced on an electric chair, a motorized chair is displaced (for example, a part or all of the motorized chair are vibrated) corresponding to the common sensation detection information under reproduction.
