START SIGNAL OUTPUTTING CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily integrated start signal outputting circuit with low power consumption. SOLUTION: A differential detector 100 is composed of a pair of transistors for working as a pair of diodes, three transistors for forming a pair of high resistances, and three resistors. A differential amplifier 200 has a front part filter 120 and a rear part filter 210, and further has a low pass filtering function. A matching circuit 110 is located at a high frequency wave inputting part. A current of each circuit is approximately 2 to 3μA. The easily integrated start signal outputting circuit 1000 with the low power consumption can be constituted to output a direct-current voltage of approximately 0.3 to 2.4V even though an inputted high frequency wave with a desired frequency thus inputted has as low level as -60 to 40 dBm.
