PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag with a pour-spout which has a function similar to that of a pour-spout formed by an air-pressure forming method or a vacuum forming method, and which prevents the displacement of embossed parts of surface and backside films from a sealing part of the bag. SOLUTION: In this packaging bag (10) which is composed of the two surface and backside synthetic resin films (11 and 12) and whose pour-spout (14) is formed in a corner part or a central part, embossing (15) is applied to the pour-spout (14) and/or near the pour-spout (14) in such a manner that both the surface and backside of the packaging bag (10) are integrated in a convex shape in a state wherein the two films (11 and 12) constituting the packaging bag (10) are superposed on each other.
