PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfecting press which effectively prevents stains caused by ink transferring, and obtains a good printed matter. SOLUTION: The perfecting press 1 has at least one plate cylinder 12 and at least one press roller 13 for pressing a paper P onto the plate cylinder 12, and performs a printing on one face of the paper P and then, performs another printing on the other face of the paper P within three seconds. An uneven part 13e having a number of projections 13h each formed with the radius R of the apex of≤0.04 mm by a mean pitch L of≤0.4 mm is provided on the outer peripheral face of the press roller 13 for pressing the other face of the paper P on the plate cylinder 12.
