<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately discharge a fixed amount of contents without variation, and smoothly move from a container body to a fixed amount chamber and discharge the contents without turning the container from a standing position to a reversed position. <P>SOLUTION: The fixed amount chamber is formed near a mouth in the container body, and a discharge outlet communicating with the fixed amount chamber is formed on the outer end of a stem that is extended from the outside of the container body into the fixed amount chamber. A communicating passage open to the vicinity of the mouth of the container body is made to communicate with the fixed amount chamber. A communicating part between the stem and the fixed amount chamber and that between the fixed amount chamber and the communicating passage are opened and closed contrary to each other as a valve interlocking with the stem is moved by it.
