PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile device that posts a result to only one's party that wishes to immediately confirm whether transmission image information is normally sent and can quickly judge the posted result while protecting security. SOLUTION: The facsimile device comprises a specific one's party name storage section 23 for assigning a specific one's party name for storing, a receiving destination identification section 25 for analyzing the originating terminal information of a reception side in transmission for identifying a receiving destination, a specific one's party identification section 15 for searching for the one's party name corresponding to the receiving destination identified by the receiving destination identification section in transmission from the specific one's party name storage section, and posting means 17, 19, 21 for posting a communication result to a specific one's party to user after the completion of transmission.
