<p>A furniture factory has a jig which guides drill presentation to the chipboard panel workpiece at 32 mm intervals. The drilling jig is a length of aluminium strip profile, each hole having an anti-wear bush lining (5) (7), 7(7b), 8 mm (7a), two 2 mm drill holes (8+8a) with V-grooves. When the profile (1) is esp. reversed by 180 degrees, transverse profiles may slide into position and secured. An end-stop (5) may be secured all-round in drill holes with screw-fitted angle plates. The jig is marked with numbers and a scale to measure the height and width of a furniture panel.</p> |
