PURPOSE: A device for controlling the opening angle of a deflector for a sunroof is provided to reduce noise of the room to the utmost and smoothly circulate the air of the room by actively varying the opening angle of the deflector according to the vehicle speed when the vehicle travels and the sunroof is open. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling the opening angle of a deflector(14) for a sunroof comprises a deflector gear member(21) fixed to a side of the deflector; a driving motor(23) disposed to the side of the deflector gear member and fixed to a guide bracket(11); a motor shaft gear member(25) transmitting the power of the driving motor while engaging with the deflector gear member; a vehicle speed sensor(27) detecting the traveling speed; and an ECU(Electronic Control Uni,29) deciding the opening angle of the deflector while controlling the rotational frequency of the driving motor according the traveling speed, making use of a signal transmitted from the vehicle speed sensor.
