PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric cooker being easily operated, confining a cooking space and having high heat efficiency. SOLUTION: This electric cooker 1 comprises a heat-retaining part 2 mounted at an upper stage and having a first electric heater 9 for defrosting and retaining the heat, and a grill part 3 mounted at a lower stage, and having a second electric heater 10 supplying the exhaust heat to the heat-retaining part 2 while performing the cooking. When the grill part 3 and the heat-retaining part 2 are respectively mounted on independent cookers, the exhaust heat can not be effectively used, but the generation of useless heat can be inhibited by utilizing, in particular, the exhaust heat of the gill part 3 of high temperature in the heat-retaining part 2. Further a cooking place and the other cooker are unnecessary, and the cooking can be performed by one cooker, so that the movement of a personnel becomes unnecessary. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
