摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase capacitance of a pixel electrode of a display device and improve a charging rate of the pixel. SOLUTION: In the display device comprising a gate bus line 1; a source bus line 2; an auxiliary capacitance wiring 4; a thin film transistor 3 coupled with the gate bus line 1 in an area surrounded by the gate bus line 1 and the source bus line 2; a pixel electrode coupled with the thin film transistor 3; and a counter electrode opposed to the pixel electrode, a capacitor electrode 40 are formed by expanding the capacitance wiring 4 or a part of the source bus line 2, and source bus line capacitance coupled in parallel with the pixel electrode through the thin film transistor 3 by using the capacitor electrode 40.
