PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of abnormal sound (beat) when a fixing belt is attached and used to equipment such as a copying machine. SOLUTION: The fixing belt is formed by laminating a fluoroplastic layer or a mold-released layer consisting of fluororubber through a silicone rubber elastic layer on a belt base material. Then, the silicone rubber layer is constituted of the hardened material of silicone rubber composition containing (A) organo-polysiloxane containing an alkenyl group, (B) organo-hydrogen polysiloxane having at least two hydrogen atoms combined with a silicone atom in one molecule, wherein the quantity is set that the ratio of the hydrogen atom combined with the silicone atom to the alkenyl group in a component (A) is 0.4-5.0 (mole ratio), (C) platinum or platinum compound, whose quantity is a catalytic quantity and (D) inorganic filler, and specific gravity specified by the Japanese Industrial Standards K6249 is≥1.45.
