PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of outputting logs in a manner reducing the frequency of wraparound. SOLUTION: A log output program 101 receives log information from application program processes 1001, 1002 and writes only contents below a predetermined log level into a normal output log file 102 at the time of the activation of the application program processes 1001, 1002. Also, all the log information are recorded in a failure log buffer 104 so that detailed information remains in the event of a failure.
