<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner force sense applying type input device, which can perform a swinging operation of an operation lever and a push-pull operation of a switching, and which is excellent in operability and easy to use. <P>SOLUTION: The input device has an exterior plate 1 with an opening 1a; an operation lever 3 sliding movement capably supported to swing to a stick controller 2 disposed inside the exterior plate 1; encoders 12, 13 for detecting a swinging amount and a direction of the operation lever 3; motors 10, 11 for adding a desired external force to the operation lever 3; and a control part 5 for controlling driving of the motors 10, 11, based on output signals output from the encoders 12, 13. An operation knob 4 is provided at an upper end of the operation lever 3 projecting outward from the opening 1a, and first and second push-pull switches 14, 15 are formed so as to be selectively switched on by the push-pull operation of the operation knob 4, as well as the operation knob 4 is made possible to perform a pushing or a pulling operation in an axial direction of the operation lever 3, with a neutral position of the operation knob 4 as a standard. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
