<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal information providing system which realizes exchange of personal information using mobile terminals. <P>SOLUTION: Personal information for users is registered into an information server apparatus 200, and then URL to acquire the registered personal information is determined and registered into the information server apparatus. In addition, URL is notified to an information communication terminal 100 which is carried by an appropriate user. A user who acquires URL notifies the information communication terminal 100, which is carried by a communication partner with whom personal information is exchanged, of URL using Bluetooth or Ir.
