<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission system by which individual control programs of each kind of equipment on a vehicle are centrally managed by a central manager, and writing and updating of the contral programs are carried out from the central manager. <P>SOLUTION: In the manager 10, different kinds of the control programs to be incorporated into each kind of equipment 1, 2, 8, 9 on the vehicle are read from the outside and stored in an EEPROM, and the corresponding control programs are transferred from the EEPROM through transmission lines 3, 7 designating each kind of the equipment on the vehicle, then the programs are written to a storage means 17 for the control programs at the equipment side, by which each kind of the equipment is operated by the control programs which are transmitted from the controller and written in the storage means for the control programs. If updating of and change in the control programs of any equipment are required, new control programs are read in the controller 10 from the outside and the previous control programs stored in the EEPROM are replaced, so that the control programs are transmitted again to the corresponding equipment to newly write to the storage means 17 for the control programs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
